The Story...

Located in the heart of the central coast, Bill Fannin Fencing & Gates is a family-owned and operated business with many years of experience under our belt.

Bill started Bill Fannin Fencing from scratch in 1981 when a friend referred his first customer. It was the same year his son Ben was born. Bill and his wife, Mary Elin, took their new baby along and worked hard learning the trade and building a loyal clientele. One thing led to another. It wasn't long before Ben started tagging along to job sites with Bill, and he soon proved to be an invaluable part of the company.

Thanks to word of mouth and a good reputation, we have gained many customers who have turned to us time after time over the years.

In 2012 Ben obtained his own contractor's license under the name Fannin Fencing, so now our two-family businesses operate simultaneously. Selby has joined her dad and brother in the business. We genuinely love our job and working as a family. We work together to offer various services in the tri-county area.
